Product Description

Part of the Master Chroma colour range, Master Chroma Cv4480 - Violet 4480 provides a defined colour reference for repair, decorative and general refinishing work. Your paint is mixed to order using the specification selected above.

Rather than supplying one fixed specification, we mix Master Chroma Cv4480 - Violet 4480 according to the options you select. Paint types include Cellulose, Acrylic Enamel and Synthetic Enamel, with 1K, 2K and 2K Air-Dry systems available where applicable.

The finish can be tailored too, with gloss levels ranging from 0% Full Matt to 90% Full Gloss. Check the configurator above for the sizes and formats currently offered for this particular colour.

Optional UV Protection and High Resistance are available where shown above. If you select an aerosol format, the can is fitted with a vari-nozzle so you can switch between wider and narrower spray patterns while working.

Frequently Asked Questions

Suitability depends on the paint type, paint system, surface and preparation method. Metal, plastic, wood and other materials can have different requirements, so make sure the chosen system and any primer are suitable for the material you're working with.

Lighter coats are easier to control and allow the colour to build more evenly. Applying too much paint at once can increase the chance of runs, uneven drying and an inconsistent surface. Build coverage gradually and allow appropriate time between coats.

Check that you've selected the correct colour, paint type, system and gloss level for the job. Make sure the surface has been prepared properly, confirm whether a primer or lacquer is required, and read the application and safety information for the products you're using before you begin.

Colour check: our colours are custom mixed, so it is sensible to test the paint on a small area before committing to the full job. Please contact us before further application if the colour or finish does not appear as expected.

Online colour previews are approximate and should not be treated as an exact match. Different screens, display settings and lighting conditions can change the way a colour appears, so a physical colour reference is the best guide when precise matching is required.
