- RAL Metallics: RAL Metallics replicates a steel effect; you can easily replicate the look of brushed steel panels with this paint. This paint does not contain any metallic flakes.
- Car paint, some cars have several shades, and one-stop aerosols will not be held responsible for the wrong shade, please call the manufacturer and gain the right shade before ordering.
- We’re happy to supply paints matched to Pantone colours. However, Pantone+ guides are printed on paper, and the ink on those pages changes over time through wear and light exposure. We own three official guides and there are visible differences between them. Because of this, colour matches can only be guaranteed against the specific guides we hold, not against other guides or samples.
What this means for you
Our Pantone matches are within approximately 80% of the colour shown in our in-house Pantone guides.
We cannot accept responsibility for differences when compared with other Pantone books or third-party samples.
If you receive a colour that is significantly different from expected, please return the goods so we can test the shade and, if appropriate, replace them.
If your project depends on an exact shade, please post us a physical colour sample and we will custom match it for you.
- Delivery Time - Delivery is the next working day/1-3 days/1-7 days on most orders but can be up to 7 working days in some cases.
- Delivery Company - The delivery company we use is DHL We ship with DHL, reliable tracked delivery across the UK. Pre 12 next working day delivery is available on request for £29.99+ however your goods are not insured so DHL do not offer any guarantees or refunds if your goods are not delivered on time. Saturday delivery is also available from DHL on request for £50.00+vat, however your goods are not insured so DHL do not offer any guarantees or refunds if your goods are not delivered on time.
- If you order multiple cans of the same colour and the shade is not as expected, please follow the steps below.
Returns and testing
Notify us and return the entire order within 48 hours of delivery for testing.
If our test confirms the colour is at fault, we will send a full replacement.
Used vs unused cans
If any cans have been used, we will reimburse all unused cans and one opened can only.
Please check the colour on a small test area before full use. One Stop Paints is not responsible for any product once the paint has been applied.
Fraud prevention
We investigate all claims. Deliberate fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- It is a criminal offence to knowingly sell aerosol paint to anyone under the age of 16. By purchasing from this web site using a credit or debit card, you confirm that you are over the age of 18, or are not acting for someone who is under the age of 18.
- The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order. All prices displayed on the site are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full.
- If your order is dispatched to your delivery address and you miss your delivery twice; your parcel will be returned to us to resend. The buyers' responsibility is to make sure they are available to receive delivery (You can choose to have your parcel delivered to a neighbour if unavailable). You can rearrange your delivery at any time if you contact our delivery company (DHL). Still, if the package is returned to us, you will be charged the original P&P price to resend.
- Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. Goods will be despatched within 24 hours of placing your order, but One Stop Paints will not be responsible for your items if they have not been delivered in the 24 hour time zone because of factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control. We strongly advise that if the goods are required for a specific date, they are ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address. Cost of delivery can change for parts of Scotland, and outside the UK, please call our office for details. We offer no guarantees on delivery times and we ask that you allow 5 working days for delivery.
If your delivery has not been received after 5 working days, and we have not contacted you, please contact us to address the situation.
- Damaged/Defective Goods/colour discrepancies In the unlikely event, your goods arrive in a damaged condition or are defective, you must inform us within 48 hours of the goods been delivered stating the invoice number and the nature of the defect or shortage. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods. If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item, then One Stop Paints will refund the value of the returned products to the original payment method. Any goods that are damaged will need to be sent back to our workshop before any refund is applied. Please note we do not accept returns via Royal Mail as they are unauthorised to carry aerosols.
- Save in respect of your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1977 (as amended) and the Unfair Contracts Terms Act 1977 and save in respect our guarantee, we shall not be liable to you by reason of any implied warranty, condition or other terms, or any duty at common law, or under these terms of our contract with you, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by our negligence) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the goods or their use by you.
- Once you have made your order online, you will be charged and will not be able to change this order as once the paint has been made it will be sent the following day if the order is made after 1 pm. So please make sure there is no mistake when inputting your paint code and gloss levels.
- Luminous colours: We highly recommend using a white primer for all luminous colours for coverage as these colours can be very transparent without a white primer base.
- Goods sold shall not be released from One Stop Paints until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.
- Bank Holiday-All orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched when staff return on the next working day.
- Availability all colours are generally available. If for any reason an item is subsequently found to be unavailable when collecting your order, then a member of One Stop Aerosols will contact you to decide immediate action.
- Storage. Aerosols should be stored in a cool environment, meaning you should avoid storing them in extreme heat, and ideally keep them at room temperature; between 18°C and 21°C extreme cold (freezing temperatures) can also be dangerous and should be avoided as it can cause the can to potentially burst or malfunction.
