We mix Dacia Car Paint automotive paint to the colour-code information supplied with your order. Available options include 400ml 1K base-coat and 400ml 2K direct-gloss aerosols, 60ml, 100ml and 250ml 1K tester pots, and a 20ml 1K touch-up pen.
Choose the format to suit the job rather than buying more paint than you need. A touch-up pen works well for small chips, tester pots are useful for checking colour or tackling small repairs, and aerosols are better suited to larger repair areas and refinishing work.
Before applying paint, make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from wax, silicone and grease. Existing sound paint should be prepared appropriately before recoating, while exposed metal, filler or other bare substrates may require a suitable primer.
If you select the 1K aerosol, remember that it is a base coat and will normally require clear lacquer afterwards. The 2K aerosol is a direct-gloss option. Tester pots and touch-up pens are supplied as 1K products.
We recommend carrying out a test application before the final repair. The original paint on a vehicle may have faded or changed over time, and previous bodywork can also cause differences from the original factory colour reference.
