Isopon Plastic Bumper Repair Filler 250ml is a flexible repair filler designed for restoring scratches, gouges and minor damage in plastic bumpers and other suitable automotive plastic parts.
Unlike a conventional rigid body filler, this formula is made to remain more flexible once cured, helping it cope better with the natural movement of plastic panels. It spreads smoothly, can be shaped around curved bumper sections and sands down to leave a more even surface ready for further preparation and painting.
It is a useful choice for repairing scuffs, deeper scratches and damaged areas where the plastic itself is still structurally sound but needs filling and reshaping before refinishing.

Added value: For a cleaner repair, feather the edges of the damaged area before applying the filler so there is a gradual transition between the repair and the surrounding plastic. Once cured, sand progressively rather than using an overly aggressive abrasive throughout.
For best results, make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from silicone, grease, loose material and contamination before application. Some plastics may also require a suitable plastic adhesion promoter or primer during the refinishing process, so always follow the manufacturers preparation and application instructions.
