Product Description

From the NCS (Natural Colour System) Colour Chart, Ncs S 2570-y60r provides a defined reference for design, maintenance and refinishing projects. Configure the paint above according to the system and finish you need.

Rather than supplying one fixed specification, we mix Ncs S 2570-y60r according to the options you select. Paint types include Cellulose, Acrylic Enamel and Synthetic Enamel, with 1K, 2K and 2K Air-Dry systems available where applicable.

The finish can be tailored too, with gloss levels ranging from 0% Full Matt to 90% Full Gloss. Check the configurator above for the sizes and formats currently offered for this particular colour.

Optional UV Protection and High Resistance are available where shown above. If you select an aerosol format, the can is fitted with a vari-nozzle so you can switch between wider and narrower spray patterns while working.

Frequently Asked Questions

That depends on the surface and paint system you're using. Some coatings can be applied directly to particular materials, while others require a suitable primer for adhesion and an even finish. Check the product information for your chosen system before starting.

The surface should generally be clean, dry and free from grease, loose paint, dust and contamination. Any damaged areas should be repaired and the surface prepared appropriately before primer or top coat is applied. Good preparation usually makes a noticeable difference to the final result.

Build the finish gradually with light, even passes rather than trying to achieve full coverage in one heavy coat. Keep the can moving while spraying and allow the recommended flash or drying time between coats. Applying too much paint in one area is one of the most common causes of runs.

Before applying your paint: because each colour is mixed to order, we recommend carrying out a small test first and checking that the colour and finish are suitable for your project. If you have any concerns, please get in touch before applying the paint more widely.

A colour viewed on a phone, tablet or monitor may not look exactly the same as the physical paint. Screen calibration, brightness and lighting conditions can all influence the way a shade is displayed.
